Elba (Portoferraio)

Elba is the third largest island in Italy after Sicily and Sardinia. Many hills and low mountains are the feature of the landscape. It is about 10 km away from the mainland of Italy. There is access by boat or by air. The island is known from antiquity for its rich iron deposits.In 1860 Elba was united with the Kingdom of Italy. More recently it has become known for its wine, and is also popular as a resort.

Fusina (Venice), Italy

Fusina is a town located in the mainland of Venice, Italy.  Fusina is also home to several industrial and commercial activities, including a large petroleum refinery, which is one of the biggest in Italy. The town has a population of around 2,500 people and offers a range of services, such as shops, restaurants, and hotels, to visitors and residents alike.

Kotor (Montenegro)

Kotor is a historic coastal town in Montenegro, built on the bay of the same name, which is considered one of the most impressive fjords of the Mediterranean. It is distinguished by its well-preserved medieval old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with narrow alleyways, stone mansions, and striking walls climbing up the mountainside. Historically a center of trade and seafaring, today it attracts numerous visitors thanks to its unique architecture, natural scenery, and vibrant cultural life.

Nice, France

The city is called Nice la Belle, which means Nice the Beautiful, which is also the title of the unofficial anthem of Nice. The area of today's Nice contains Terra Amata, an archaeological site which displays evidence of a very early use of fire. Around 350 BC, Greeks of Marseille founded a permanent settlement and called it Nikaia, after Nike, the goddess of victory. 
The natural beauty of the Nice area and its mild Mediterranean climate came to the attention of the English upper classes in the second half of the 18th century, when an increasing number of aristocratic families took to spending their winter there.  For decades now, the picturesque Nicean surroundings have attracted not only those in search of relaxation, but also those seeking inspiration. The clear air and soft light has been of particular appeal to some of Western culture's most outstanding painters. 

Piran

The scenic Piran is beautifully set on the edge of a narrow peninsula and is the favorite town on the coast of Slovenia. One of the most photogenic cities in the Mediterranean, Piran has retained its unsurpassed charm. Every visitor feels he is in a postcard and is fascinated by the narrow streets within the old city walls. Rich in history and culture, Piran is very proud of its various artistic and cultural institutions that satisfy even the most demanding.

Porto Santo Stefano, Italy

Famous for its fishing and even more famous for its seafood restaurants, Porto Santo Stefano is not that old. It began to take shape in the 15th century under the Republic of Siena, but was constantly under siege from pirates until the Spanish fortified it a century later. Today Porto Santo Stefano wears this young (in comparison to the rest of the Maremma) but colourful history on its sleeve. The countryside that surrounds the seaside town is dotted with fortresses and towers built by the Spanish to keep an eye on their many enemies. Beautifully conserved, these relics can be visited all year round.

Rovinj, Croatia

Rovinj, the “Blue Pearl of the Adriatic”, is one of the most picturesque towns in the Mediterranean and is located in Istria, the most northern and popular part of Croatia. Part of the Venetian Empire for over 500 years, the old town is perched on a pear-shaped peninsula high up on a hill, crowded with Venetian terracotta-roofed houses. 

Sorrento

Discover the charm of Sorrento, a beautiful city at the top of the cliff, overlooking the Mediterranean, at the legendary Amalfi coast of Italy. Go for a ride by car or make new explorations to Vesuvius, the only active volcano in Europe and to the classical Roman city of Pompeii, the most exciting excavation uncovered from the ashes of Vesuvius. Sarande, Albania

Saranda is a charming seaside town in southern Albania, just across from Corfu. With crystal-clear beaches, a relaxed atmosphere, and warm hospitality, it offers the perfect setting for unwinding. Nearby lies the impressive archaeological site of Butrint, a UNESCO World Heritage Site nestled in nature, blending history with stunning landscapes.
