Malaga, Spain

The picturesque and colorful Malaga is located along the southern coast of Spain in the foothills of the Montes de Malaga Park. Renowned for its production of raisins, Malaga is also Picasso's birthplace and the site hosting one of the oldest ports in the Mediterranean.

Collioure, France

Collioure is certainly the most attractive town on this stretch of the Mediterranean coast and is definitely not to be missed. It also feels slightly out of place: you feel as if you are in the heart of Provence rather than close to the Spanish border!

Collioure is a seaside resort on the Languedoc coast, just north of the border with Spain and on the 'Vermeille Coast'. Collioure has been a trading port since 673 and the village began to develop more fully in the 10th century.
Start your visit by walking along the sea-front: there are the wonderful sights of the castle and the church of Notre Dame des Anges to admire and as you wander along the Boulevard du Boramar between the two there are lots of lovely seaside bars and restaurants to tempt you. Head uphill into the historic centre of the town and the narrow streets are charming, the houses are painted in lovely pastel shades with painted shutters and many are bedecked with trailing bougainvillea and vibrant blue plumbagos.

Lisbon, Portugal

Discover the captivating views of the city and harbor from the Alto do Parque Belvedere Park. Take a bike and go for a walk along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. See the fascinating marine life to the aquarium in Lisbon. Visit the charming village of Fatima, where is said that Virgin Mary had been seen by many people. Visit the St George Kasteo with multimedia reports of the city's history and breathtaking views of Lisbon and the Tagus River.

Due to its location in the center of the western Mediterranean, Minorca had accepted influences of different civilizations since prehistoric times. A typical example is the architecture on the island, which is a mixture of local and colonial elements. Today is one of the most important tourist destinations of Spain. Famous for its traditional summer festivals, attracts many visitors. The international opera week and international festival of musical instruments, are of the main cultural events on the island.

The palace of the International Film Festival and the village of artists, with the graphic galleries and excellent tables is none other than San Paul de Vance. A beautiful area to relax the tension of the city and redefine the senses of human nature.

Silversea Cruises

Let us take you on a personal journey of discovery. Amid the tranquillity of the sea and the exuberance of distant lands, we will arouse your curiosity and seduce your senses. We will stimulate your imagination and spark new insights. Our aim is to create experiences that will enrich your life for years to come. From the moment you step onboard to the time you say "Arrivederci", our Italian sense of style will shine. The ebullience of our hospitality, the genuine warmth of our service and our evident appreciation of the finer things in life are genial qualities of our founders and owners. They are the principles on which Silversea were founded.

Small is beautiful and bountiful. With fewer guests and a high staff to guest ratio, we can tailor our unobtrusive service to individual needs. And you can join a select on board community of travellers with similar aspirations. The intimate ambience on our shιps has parallels with the atmosphere of a refined club. We are happy to sail against the tide. While most cruise lines build larger and ever-larger ships, we prefer to stay small. In this way we can preserve the special Silversea experience our guests have come to expect ... the intimate ambience, personal service and access to more intriguing secluded ports.

SMALLER GETS YOU CLOSER

Our small ships are agile enough to visit more remote, lesser-known ports and to bring you closer to some of the world's greatest destinations. They can sail up narrow waterways into the heart of a city, they can navigate around tiny islands and they can tie up right at the dock while others must anchor offshore. In the world of upscale cruising, less is more... considerably more, as our seven small ships offer infinite opportunities across all seven continents.
