It is located at the Baltic Sea at the end of the "Kieler Förde".Kiel is approximately 90 kilometres (56 mi) north of Hamburg. Due to its geographic location in the north of Germany, the southeast of the Jutland peninsula, and the southwestern shore of the Baltic Sea, Kiel has become one of the major maritime centres of Germany.Kiel has also been one of the traditional homes of the German Navy's Baltic fleet, and continues to be a major high-tech shipbuilding centre

Riga

Riga is the gem of the Baltics. It is situated at the mouth of the Daugava, on the shores of the Gulf of Riga on the Baltic. Riga has an ancient history and rich cultural heritage. Ron (Bornholm), Denmark

Ronne is the largest town of Bornholm island, in Denmark. It is a natural beautiful harbour in the Baltic Sea famous for its attractive architecture. Historic houses, cobbled alleys, interesting museums and low-timbered houses adorn the city. It is Bornholm's centre of trade and culture and here you will see the oldest theatre in the country. Incredible countryside, beautiful beaches with white sand and rocky coastlines make the Ronne look like a jewel of the Baltic Sea.

Skagen, Denmark

Visiting the Skagens Museum, you will admire the world famous paintings of the 19th century. It is a popular tourist destination with a wonderful countryside and extensive beautiful beaches with white sand. It is, also, the best place for bird watching. Finally, do not forget to visit the Buried Church or the Tilsandede Kirke which used to be the biggest church but it fell victim to a sand drift . It is a very interesting spot.

Stockholm, Sewden

Although Stockholm consists of 14 islands, you will easily reach every corner of this capital city thanks to the 50 picturesque bridges. The city of the Nobel Prize has parks, museums and palaces - the most famous of all is the huge Royal Palace with 608 rooms. You can enjoy the beauty of Stockholm by land, going for a walk in Old Town, which is full of boutiques, outdoor cafes, historic buildings and interesting sights or rent a sailboat or motorboat to explore Stockholm by water.

Tallinn, Estonia

The capital of Estonia, Tallinn is a European city with a unique atmosphere thanks to the incredible architectural treasures and gilded roofs of houses, churches with tall steeples and the famous Fort Tuba of 13th century with the haunted halls. A walking tour will enchant you. Wander the maze of narrow medieval streets and passageways, and relax with a local beer in one of the outdoor bars or restaurants in the historic Town Hall Square. Enjoy the wonderful boutiques and retailers in a shopping stroll along the famous cobbled streets of Catherine's Passage.

Visby, Sweden

Visby is one of the most alluring islands of Sweden. A popular destination and trade center since the Vikings era. Its medieval architecture will take you a few centuries back in time. Royal Caribbean International

Message from Adam M. Goldstein,  President and CEO

Welcome to Royal Caribbean International – a place where innovation and imagination reign supreme. From its very beginning, our company has been guided by the principles of designing ships and creating itineraries that lead to a cruising experience like no other – principles grounded on delivering the WOW to each and every one of our guests before, during and after sailing with us.

We take great pride in being able to introduce first-at-sea innovations such as the rock climbing wall, zipline and FlowRider® surf simulator to mention a few, as well as offering unparalleled entertainment experiences and to be the only cruise line to offer Tony Award®-winning Broadway shows. All of these onboard amenities offer us the opportunity to see how we can WOW our guests every time they cruise with us.

With more than 280 destinations worldwide and an amazing array of exciting shore excursions and cruisetour options, we provide our guests the chance to experience something new. Something only a Royal Caribbean cruise can offer – like glacier-trekking in Alaska; cave-tubing in Belize; biking through the vineyards of Dubrovnik, Croatia; experiencing the wonders of China; or simply doing nothing at all. That's just the beginning of the kind of exciting adventures and relaxing escapes our global cruises bring to vacationers around the world.

Our ships are also built to WOW. Our latest innovations on Quantum of the Seas, set to sail in November 2014, will feature such first-at-sea experiences like bumper cars, roller skating, simulated skydiving and The North Star, a jewel-like capsule that gently soars 300 feet above sea level. Plus, our Oasis class ships continue to WOW our guests with their unprecedented entertainment, dining and exclusive onboard amenities. We also continue to enhance the rest of our fleet and have already revitalized more than half of our 21 ships and will finalize the revitalizations with our Voyager class in 2014 and 2015.

All of this of course could not be accomplished without our most amazing asset – our crew. The men and women onboard our ships work tirelessly each and every day to ensure that all of our guests have the vacation of a lifetime.

We are committed to continue creating amazing new experiences for our guests in the years ahead. It’s our way of ensuring that we offer our guests the most innovative cruise ships, exciting and compelling itineraries around the world, and our renowned GOLD Anchor Service – what we call the Royal Advantage. We look forward to seeing you onboard and delivering the WOW to you and your family and friends.
