Amalfi

Amalfi is in the province of Salerno, in Campania, 35 km southeast of Naples. Located in a deep gorge, surrounded by impressive cliffs near the coast. It is a popular tourist destination in the region and is included in the World Cultural Heritage of UNESCO. The Amalfi has monuments of medieval architecture, such as the Cathedral of St.Andreas.

Florence/Pisa (Livorno), Italy

Take advantage of this beautiful Italian port, Livorno, as the starting point for exploring the nearby Pisa with its famous leaning tower, or to visit the walled city of Lucca, famous for its silk and olive oil production. Gaeta, Italy

Gaeta is a city and comune in the province of Latina, in Lazio, central Italy. Set on a promontory stretching towards the Gulf of Gaeta. The town has played a conspicuous part in military history and it has several traces of the period, including the 1st-century mausoleum of the Roman general Lucius Munatius Plancus at the top of the Monte Orlando. Gaeta's fortifications were extended and strengthened in the 15th century, especially throughout the history of the Kingdom of Naples. Gaeta is a fishing and oil seaport, and a renowned tourist resort.

Koper, Slovenia

The city of Koper, in southwestern Slovenia, lies on a valley and has evolved into a commercial and industrial centre.The modern urban development, which began after the Second World War, changed completely the image of Koper. Many buildings dating from 15th to 18th century have survived until today and give the city a magnificent appearence. Some of the most important are the Praetor's Palace, dating from the 15th century,a Gothic-Renaissance cathedral with rich baroque interior, the Carpaccio House, the Tocco Palace, which nowadays houses the Ethnographic Museum and archaeological collections.Also, the main gate of the fortification walls of the town, is preserved.
 

Kotor (Montenegro)

The walls of the city, stretching for 4.5 kilometers, were gradually growing over the centuries and nowadays create points with stunning view. Venice, Italy
