The Alberto de Agostini National Park was founded in 1965 and is located in the Magallanes Region and Chilean Antarctica. It is named after the Italian explorer, photographer and writer Alberto de Agostini, famous for his maps of the country. It is the third largest protected area on the country and was declared a World Heritage Biosphere by UNESCO as it protects several rare species of birds and and animals.
The Ainsworth Bay is located in the Tierra del Fuego area in the Alberto de Agostini National Park in Chilean Patagonia. It is one of the most pristine and isolated places to visit. Seals, penguins, cormorants and predatory birds are some of the animals that will be there. Also there you will see the nearby Marinelli glacier, and will impress you with its 40m high ice walls.

Castro is a city and commune in the Chilean island of Chiloé Island. Castro is the capital of the Chiloé Province. Castro is famous for its palafitos, traditional wooden stilt houses which were common in many places in Chiloé. The city is also rich in museums and other sightseeings such as the church which was declared World Heritage by the UNESCO.
Caleta Tortel is a coastal village in Chile. It is the administrative center of the commune of Tortel and is located between the mouth of the Baker River and the Baker Channel. The surrounding geography is rugged and formed by a number of islands, fjords, channels and estuaries. Visitors fall in love with Tortel as soon as they see this scattering of houses on forested slopes surrounding a pale emerald bay. Tortel is a scattered settlement of quaint wooden houses, each with its own jetty and linked by a network of walkways and bridges made of fragrant cypress. There are no streets here, and even the fire engine is a boat.
Garibaldi Bay is a narrow passage, located on Tierra del Fuego, strewn with floating ice in shades of blue and green. Ribbons of waterfalls snake down the steep mountainsides. At the head of this picturesque fjord, take in the quiet splendour of the retreating Garibaldi Glacier.
Niebla (meaning fog) is a coastal Chilean town close to the city of Valdivia. Niebla is located on the northern edge, at the mouth of the Valdivia River, across from Corral city. Niebla's beach and folk market are popular tourist destinations during the summer, together with the ruins of a Spanish colonial fort, its museums and restaurants specializing in seafood.
Puerto Montt is a coastal city in the south of Chile and has an important role as a port. It boasts great views of the ocean and towering peaks of the Andes. Walking along the beach is very pleasant and offers many opportunities of entertainment. Also in the port area the visitor can find seafood restaurants and crafts shops.
Puerto Natales is a city in Chilean Patagonia. It is the capital of both the commune of Natales and the province of Última Esperanza. Puerto Natales has many tourist facilities and it has become a common base for excursions to the world renowned Torres del Paine National Park, one of the most popular national parks in Chile. Its main feature, the mountainous “towers” ("torres"), are an impressive and unique rock formation known as "Torres del Paine".
